The Revised FNA Bylaws are now Available for Review.

The revised FNA Bylaws are now available for community review and comment at folwell.org/about-fna/bylaws.

The proposed revisions include updates and clarifications related to:

• Membership eligibility, participation, and voting rights

• Community, Board, and member meeting structure

• Board responsibilities, expectations, elections, terms, and vacancies

• Officer roles, elections, terms, and responsibilities

• Committees and Board oversight

• Financial and organizational governance

• Accessibility, equity, conflicts of interest, and grievance procedures

These updates will be presented to FNA members for approval at the Annual Meeting and Board Elections on Tuesday, October 6.
