Low-cost swimming lessons available to Minneapolis kids!

Being able to swim is an important skill for every child to have. Thanks to local non-profit People for Parks’ generous $5,000 swimming lesson scholarships, Minneapolis youth in need can take swimming lessons for only $5!

Scholarships pay for $45 of the $50 class price for low-income families and are available on a first come, first served basis. Classes are held at Lupient Water Park, Wirth and Nokomis Beaches and are available for the July 6-17, July 2-31 or Aug. 3-14 sessions.
