Reserve your seat for the 2nd and final POD Talk of the summer!
“To whom much is given, much is expected,” are the guiding words from Luke that drive Ravi Norman’s mission. The CEO of Thor Construction, 3rd largest minority-owned construction company in the nation, has been an innovative thought leader in equitable workforce development.  Norman will be sharing his story and how it’s led him to challenge economic complacency in order to create access to opportunity for those that have been denied it.

Urban Construction Company (UC2) crew members, all trainee graduates, now Urban Homeworks team members, will courageously tell the stories of how opportunity has impacted each of them and radically reshaped the direction of their lives.

Following our key note speakers, we will be creating space in the program for Q & A and continued dialogue.  Your voice continues to shape how and why we do the work that we do – be a part of the discussion!
